Operation & Value Chain Management - Team Leader

Job Context : Mobile Banking Division
Job Description / Responsibility :
  • Implement and regularize effective Value Chain Management including Distributor/Agent selection, relationship development, terms, SLA management etc.
  • Ensure channel rollout, inventory management, sales automation, Liquidity Management, analysis & development
  • Prepare, Monitor & Follow up business plan & activity strategy nationwide to achieve periodic targets
  • Collaborate functional business partners (including Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and others) to develop products and channel solutions that meet consumer and business needs
  • Develop and manage various initiatives and programs for acquisition channel viz. Monthly Acquisition Rating charts for Regional sales supervisors
  • Manage & Coordinate Nationwide Sales & Distribution channel
  • Arrange, design and manage training for development of Value Chain & Distribution channel
  • Ensure Bangladesh Bank & other regulatory compliance implemented & followed by the Value Chain members
  • Assist in policy development, documentation, pricing model, value proposition, customer validation etc.

Educational Requirements : Minimum Graduation from any recognized university
Experience Requirements : At least 7 year(s)
Job Requirements :
  • At least 7 years experience in Sales & Distribution Channel Management
  • Telco/ Other MFS work experience will be preferable

ICT & MIS - Team Leader

Job Context : Mobile Banking Division
Job Description / Responsibility :
  • Develop roadmap to implement the Mobile Banking Business and enterprise solution
  • Manage MFS/Switching/Distribution and other platform related to Mobile Banking
  • Manage SLA with Vendors/MNOs/PSOs /PSPs/Banks/FIS and arrange support service
  • Implement Utility Bill Payment and other Value Added services
  • Ensure data backup, data restore process and preservation of the Mobile banking software, apps etc.
  • Prepare test plans and Test cases, supervising and documenting testing schedules, Follow-up bugs
  • Coordinate & Engage with vendor, Telco's and other partners/IT teams for solutions, integrations
  • Ensure Mobile Banking Payment Gateway security, uptime & integration with different channel
  • Ensure information update to mobile Banking Website & build effective Social Media network
  • Assist Technical Documentation and MIS report of Mobile Banking
  • Ensure Bangladesh Bank & other regulatory compliance implemented & tested
  • Ensure system setup of all user permission, commission, Limit, Service Charge, VAT etc. properly and according to the policy

Educational Requirements :  B.Sc. in CSE from recognized university with good academic records.

Job Description / Responsibility :
  • Develop business and financial model, articulate value proposition, Marketing plan, Sales forecast & contingency plan and ensure they are met by the team
  • Identify potential corporate/SME/Merchant clients, and build relationships by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network of Trade Marketing activities
  • Development Business strategy to ensure growth and development of existing and new services
  • Work with team to develop proposals, deliver presentation according to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels
  • Assist to prepare PPG, memo, related documents for service/product development
  • Supervise and ensure all team members activities
